1. Where do you set up bonfires?

We service Panama City Beach and downtown Panama City. We also offer setups at private residences, vacation rentals, and backyards.

2. How long does each bonfire last?

Our bonfires are reserved for 3 hours.

3. What type of fire pit do you use?

We use propane fire pits. That means:

• No wood to tend to

• No ash, embers, or smoke

• No lingering smell

Just a clean, cozy flame to enjoy!

4. What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

• If weather forces a cancellation before setup, your deposit can be transferred to another day and we’ll gladly reschedule.

• If we’ve already set up your bonfire and it begins to rain partway through, there are no refunds.

5. Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own snacks and beverages. The only restriction is no glass containers on the beach.

6. Do you set up for private events?

Absolutely! We can create a bonfire experience for:

• Weddings & vow renewals

• Engagements & proposals

• Bachelorette & bachelor parties

• Birthday parties (kids, teens, and adults)

• Family reunions

• Corporate events or team-building nights

• Holiday gatherings (Fourth of July, New Year’s Eve, etc.)

7. Can you set up at my rental house, condo, or backyard?

Yes! We do backyard and off-beach setups too. Just let us know the location.

8. Do you provide seating?

Yes, we provide our signature blue canvas beach chairs with wooden frames for a comfortable and classic bonfire setup.

9. Can we roast marshmallows or make s’mores?

Of course! You can bring your own supplies or ask us about adding on a s’mores package for your group.

10. Do we need a permit for the bonfire?

No worries—we handle all permitting and logistics for beach setups.

11. Is music allowed at the bonfire?

Yes, you can bring a small speaker for background music. Please be mindful of local noise rules and other beachgoers.

12. Can we bring pets?

Pets are welcome at dog-friendly beaches and private setups, but please check local beach rules before bringing your furry friends.

13. What should we bring?

We suggest bringing:

• Blankets or jackets for cool evenings

• Snacks and drinks (no glass)

• Marshmallows/s’mores if you’d like

• Your camera to capture the memories!
